Any piece is strictly personal use only.

For now I dont offer commercial use, whether it be full or partial usage

Moving copyright from me to the client will require extra fee, after the handover, I wont claim the piece as mine.

Payment is made via Paypal in USD.

Invoice will be sent after sketch approval. Full payment upfront required.

All sales are final, no refund past sketch phase, unless there are circumstances that made me unable to finish.

Commissions will be finished based on payment completion.

Commission will take 2-4 weeks and can extend based on complexity, communication workaround and general life circumstances (which I'll try to keep at minimum)

maximum 2 reasonable revisions past sketch phase.

Don't hesitate to reach me out if I don't give an update after a week passed!

I, as the artist, retain the copyrights of all the commissioned artwork. I do not put a claim over the intellectual properties and image or texts provided unto me for references.

I reserve the rights to put the commissioned artworks in my future portofolio, and clients can decide to keep it from being published in my social media, or published as anonymous commisioner.

Clients can not claim the commissioned artwork as their own, unless there is prior arrangement of copyright handover

Clients may not use the rejected sketch and cancelled commissions to be worked on by another artist

Clients may put part or whole of the commissioned artwork (with personal use rights) on various platform/media and reproduce it as merchandises, as long as it is strictly non-profit

Price listed is base price in USD($)

Price is for each character in the canvas, max char 3/canvas

Complexity in design and pose will add to the price (from 10$ up to half base price)

Character Sheet includes 3 illustrations, 1 bust up/1 half/1 full body or other combination that can be discussed

Final piece will be exported in JPEG and PNG, sent to client's email.

Simple background included (solid color or small ornamental decoration allowed)

If there is no clear reference of character, only description and moodboard provided, will be charged for designing fee
